centured on Christ Saturday inner beauty -Addy

Okay so this Saturday it's my turn. So I will be talking about inner beauty
Now you know how it feels when you look at yourself in the mirror and think I look ugly and you feel miserable for the rest of the day.
a lot of times I hear myself saying I want straight hair, it's because another person may want curly hair. I have natural curly hair and I don't like it sometimes so I straighten it. God made us with a sin nature.
So we are always saying that we hate ourselves, or that we look like a zombie. But think about how God feels when we say that. He made us like that specifically so that we are our own special selves. It's okay if you want a different color hair maybe blond instead of brown, black instead of red. It's natural to want to be pretty.
You can wear make-up if you want and that's not like you're being vain about your looks as long as you don't focus on that.
But no matter what you do, you will always be beautiful (I have a hard time telling myself that sometimes :) And it's not about what's on the outside, it's about whats on the inside that counts; being sweet and kind, unselfish, willing and respectful.
That doesn't mean you have to be like a nun or anything,  nobody's perfect, your mistakes are what make you human. quote from a new movie coming out in about 2 months.
You can have a personality too! you can be funny, silly, happy, and even sarcastic, as long as you stay true to yourself and Christ.  But it all comes down to this; You are beautiful, and nobody except God can change that.
I hope that helps you in some way.
Thanks for reading and have an awesome blessed day!
